Copyright & Design Terms

• All original artwork created by Sweet Talks Tees is protected under U.S. copyright law upon creation.
• Unless Exclusive Rights are purchased, Sweet Talks Tees retains copyright ownership of all original artwork.
• Standard design packages include a license for use on products purchased through Sweet Talks Tees only.
• Printing with another company or expanded commercial use requires a Commercial License.
• Design fees compensate for creative services and become non-refundable once work has begun.
• Customers must own or have permission to use all submitted artwork.
• Sweet Talks Tees reserves the right to decline artwork that infringes upon copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property rights.
• Sweet Talks Tees may feature completed projects in our portfolio, website, and social media unless otherwise requested in writing.
