At Sweet Talks Tees, every tee and hoodie is made to order just for you. Because your style is one-of-a-kind, our products are non-returnable if you change your mind — so make sure to double-check your size and design before checkout!

Damaged or Defective Items

We got you! If your item arrives damaged or has a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery via email at support@sweettalkstees.com 

Here’s what we need:

• Your order number

• A photo showing the issue

Once we verify the problem, we will replace your item, issue store credit, or replace your item at no cost to you— your choice. No need to send the original item back.

Shipping & Exchanges

Sweet Talks Tees products ship directly from our Printful fulfillment partner. Because each piece is custom, we cannot accept exchanges for size or design changes.

If your item is lost in transit, contact us and we’ll work with Printful to resolve it as quickly as possible!
